How much does a trade show booth rental cost?

Our booth rentals start at $9,500 for a 10x10 inline exhibit. Pricing varies by size: 10x20 from $14,000, 20x20 from $24,000, 20x30 from $45,000, 20x40 from $76,000, 30x30 from $85,500, and larger configurations up to $200,000 for a 50x50 island exhibit. Every rental includes custom design, graphics, LED lighting, delivery, installation, and dismantle.

What is included in a booth rental?

Every booth rental includes: free 3D rendering and custom design, professional graphics production and printing, LED lighting package, furniture (reception counter, chairs, tables), delivery to your convention center, professional installation by our in-house labor team, on-site supervision during the show, and complete post-show dismantle and removal.

How far in advance do I need to order?

We recommend 4-6 weeks minimum lead time for custom exhibits. However, we can accommodate rush orders in as little as 2 weeks depending on complexity. For large island exhibits (20x20+), we recommend 6-8 weeks. Contact us early to ensure availability for your trade show dates.

Do you provide free 3D renderings?

Yes! Every exhibit rental includes a complimentary photorealistic 3D rendering delivered within 48 hours. Our design team uses advanced CAD software to visualize your booth from every angle — front, side, aerial, and detail views. Revisions are unlimited until you approve the final design.

What cities do you serve?

We serve exhibitors at trade shows across 12 Florida cities: Orlando, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, Tampa, Jacksonville, Naples, Saint Petersburg, Daytona Beach, Melbourne, Saint Augustine, and Palm Beach. Our primary facility is located a quarter mile from the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando.

Do you handle installation and dismantle?

Yes. Our in-house labor team handles all installation and dismantle (I&D). We never use subcontractors. Our team arrives the day before your show opens to install your exhibit, provides on-site supervision during the event, and dismantles everything after the show closes. This is included in your rental price.

Can I customize the booth design?

Absolutely. Every exhibit rental is 100% customizable. You can modify colors, graphics, lighting, furniture, flooring, technology integration, and layout. Our in-house facility has CNC routers, welding stations, 3D printers, and large-format printers to bring any design vision to life.

Do you offer LED video wall rentals?

Yes. We carry over 10,000 LED tiles in our Orlando warehouse, available in 2.6mm, 2.9mm, and 3.9mm pixel pitch. LED walls can be configured in any size from small accent walls to massive 20-foot backdrops. Rental includes content management, on-site technician, and rigging. Starting at $3,500.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation terms vary by project timeline. Generally, cancellations made 30+ days before the show receive a full refund minus design fees. Cancellations within 30 days may be subject to production costs already incurred. Contact us for specific terms related to your project.

Do you offer storage for repeat clients?

Yes. We offer complimentary storage of custom graphics and exhibit components for repeat clients at our 40,000 sq ft facility. This makes your next trade show booth rental faster and more cost-effective since we can reuse existing elements and only produce new graphics as needed.
