Trade Show Booth Rentals for the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC)
Orange County Convention Center · Orlando, Florida
Exhibit Experience builds and stores trade show exhibits in two 30,000-sq-ft facilities, one in Orlando and one in Las Vegas. With 25 years of experience, in-house large-format printing, and our own crew, we plan design, fabrication, delivery, installation, and dismantle around your OCCC show requirements.
Why Exhibitors at the OCCC Rent Locally
Local delivery can reduce long-haul freight exposure and helps keep the exhibit team close to the show floor. At the OCCC, exhibitors should plan around show-service deadlines, material handling, and the assigned building, dock, and move-in instructions.

What Is Included in an OCCC Booth Rental
Every defined scope can include structure, in-house printed graphics, flooring, furniture, lighting, LED video walls, delivery planning, and turnkey installation and dismantle.
Booth rentals by size
Choose a 10x10 inline, 10x20 inline, 20x20 island, 30x50 island, 50x50 island, or a double-decker exhibit. See dedicated IAAPA, PGA, MegaCon, and Premiere rental guidance through the Orlando trade show calendar.
Move-In, Drayage and Union Labor at the OCCC
The Exhibitor Service Kit carries the deadlines that matter. Electrical work and overhead rigging follow the show’s official contractor rules; larger islands need earlier coordination. Drayage is generally billed by weight, so freight and material-handling planning should begin during design.
Electrical, Rigging and LED Totems on the Show Floor
Order electrical early and include LED video walls or LED Totems during design so the electrical and rigging plan is sized correctly before move-in. Our team can coordinate the exhibit requirements with the approved show-service plan.
